ANNUAL OPEN TOURNAMENT

2026 will see our 80th Tournament being held and will run from Monday 7th September until Friday 18th September 2026.

The competitions are open to anyone in the country, and we have had entries from as far away as Ipswich. There is prize money to be won in all of the competitions and for example the Men’s and Ladies Singles Competitions the champions receive £200 each. 

The whole tournament is organised and run by a committee made up of club members. We can provide bacon butties first thing in the morning, a varied menu for lunch including sandwiches, salads, pasties, and jacket potatoes. In the afternoon there is always a great selection of homemade cakes.
